First of all we never do this but in certain condition if it’s happen the vehicle you booked doesn't show up, we will offer you a full refund.
We ensure our vehicle reach in reporting place on time. But in case of delays, do call us and we will help you out by either providing an alternate vehicle.
For on-road safety, we provide our own operated cars which physically checked on routine basis for cleaning, maintained and drove only courteous, reliable, trained and experienced chauffeurs which even well versed with regional routes to drive safely; so, you can feel relaxed and comfortable about your safety while riding one of our rental cars.
You must make a booking at least 4 hours prior to the pick-up time in order to get a taxi. However, the actual confirmation is given based on the availability of the taxi at the required location and time or you are requested to call our customer care team and get confirmation for your requirement.
We understand that many a travelers plan their trip way in advance so we accept 180 days booking in advance for a taxi.

You can change the pick-up date, time, location, passenger details or vehicle type 2 days before. However, the confirmation of modification depends upon the availability of taxi on modified time and date. After that, there will be a cancellation charge as per cancellation policy.

one-way car rental fares is Fixed cost which include base cost (fixed by DOC Travel), Toll charges, State tax, Driver day 7 Night allowance. Only Parking will be extra paid by Hirer on actual basis where ever applicable.

Local full day car rental is provide by DOC Travel in fixed cost basis. The fixed cost varies with car model. This Fixed cost is applicable for 8hrs.*80km only other then this Extra km and hours will be chargeable as per car model extra per km rate & hour charges basis.(distance calculate from garage to garage-maximum 15 km one side).

If you cancel the booking 24 hours prior to the time of journey, full advance paid by you at time of booking will be refunded. No amount will be refunded in case of cancellation within 24 hours to the time of journey.
